The Silent Gliss 5100 Autoglide basic operation is an electric curtain track with a switch operation.  The switch is a remote switch meaning it is wireless and communicates with the electric track by radio signal rather than connecting with wires.  The Autoglide Electric Curtain Rail can carry up to 25kg of curtaining and can be bent for bay windows.

Although this is the basic version of the Autoglide Electric Curtain Track, there is nothing basic about it.  The motor has a built-in radio receiver.  The curtains have a “touch and go” operation which will automatically take over the opening and closing of the curtain when the curtains are pulled by hand.  In the event of a power failure, the curtains can be easily operated manually without the need for any alteration.

The Silent Gliss 5100 Autoglide Handheld Remote operation is an electric curtain track which in addition to a switch has a handheld transmitter which can be used to open and close the curtains.  The transmitter sends a signal to the motor, which has an integrated receiver, telling it to open or close the curtains.  Radio control is superior to infra-red as the infra-red signal must be pointed in the direction of the receiver and the receiver must be on display. Radio signals can travel further than infra-red so the radio remote can operate the tracks from further away.  The Autoglide Electric Curtain Rail can carry up to 25kg of curtaining and can be bent for bay windows.

The 5100TC System is a complete control system from Silent Gliss. The 5100TC is a combination of the three other Autoglide Electric Curtain Tracks which means it can be controlled by switch, timer, or Radio remote control. The perfect combination of luxury, security and convenience. The Silent Gliss Autoglide Track does not need to be wired in by an electrician and comes complete with motor, transformer and a standard three pin plug that can be plugged into the mains socket. The Autoglide can be bent in our factory to suit bay windows and even bent to suit a bow bay or gradual curved window. The Autoglide is an excellent bespoke made to measure curtain track and can be made to any size up to 500cm.

The Silent Gliss 5600 Electric curtain track with Radio Module has all the design features and benefits of the basic 5600 and the same operational effectiveness, but with the additional benefit of having a module attached that can link to hand held remotes, switches and home automation via radio control.  We can supply hand held radio remote transmitters that can control up to ten tracks or blinds and have integrated timer systems with astro settings that allow for the gradual change in daylight hours.  We can also supply remote switches and timers to reduce the need for wiring.  The 5600 Radio Controlled electric curtain track can carry 65kg in weight, is available in system lengths of up to 15 metres and has the power failure override and automatic "touch and go" system.  The touch and go system is excellent when you have guests that do not know that the curtains are automated. If the curtains are pulled by hand the track will automatically start operation.
