When making a bay curtain pole or track we use sophisticated computer software to ensure the measurements you give us are correct. So providing that you complete the form on our website, we can guarantee that your product will fit, even if you take a measurement incorrectly.
Track Your Order
You’ll receive an e-mail when the order is placed with an estimated delivery date. Our online tracking system, which can be found by following this link, shows the stage of the manufacturing process your order is at and the anticipated despatch day. Any notes about your order that we add to the system are also visible.
You will also receive e-mails telling you any change to the delivery time, notes that we add to the order and a final one telling you the goods have been despatched. We try to keep our customers fully informed at all times.
Our standard lead-time on made to measure products is five working days. However, because we hold all the components in stock and make the products to order, we are able to make them faster if required. We will always make special arrangements to ensure you receive the goods when you need them.
Delivery Options, Times and Methods
All our goods are despatched using an overnight courier. We like to have someone in at the property to sign for the goods, although special arrangements to leave them can be made.

We spend a great deal of time making customised frames and tubes to protect our products, but from time to time things get damaged in transit. We ask that you check the goods have not been damaged before you actually sign for them. If you are in any doubt, just sign “Unchecked”.
If you forget, or the goods look okay but later turn out to be damaged don’t worry, we will supply a replacement of the damaged part free of charge. All we ask in this instance is that you take a photo of the damaged product and email it to us.
Items that are bespoke, cut to size or made to measure cannot be returned for a refund.
Products that are packaged items and not made to measure can be refunded if returned within 30 days of purchase in their original packaging.
If you are returning any goods please contact us to let us know your intentions, quoting your order reference number. We can also arrange collections using our courier who will charge £25.00 per parcel.
When we have received the returned goods, the refund will be made through your original payment method.
In the unlikely event of a complaint arising, if we have not been able to resolve it then you can refer the matter to The Retail Ombudsman.
